Confirmatory factor analysis of Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse

摘要 目的验证注册护士核心能力量表(CIRN)的结构效度。方法量性描述研究设计,采用分层随机抽样方法,在澳门特别行政区两家综合性医院和7个卫生中心共抽取628名注册护士并发放问卷;获取有效问卷533份,进行验证性因子分析。结果单因子分析结果示全部58个条目在各自维度上的因子载荷为0.21~0.84(P<0.05),其中4个条目的载荷小于0.30。多因子分析结果χ2/df=2.21,GFI=0.933,AGFI=0.942,RMSEA=0.091,表明CIRN的各拟合指数均在可被接受水平;证明CIRN的内部结构与其理论架构有很高的一致性。结论CIRN被验证具有较好的测量学特征,而且可以被应用于中国澳门特别行政区护理领域护士核心能力的测量。 Objective To confirm the construct validity of Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse (CIRN). Methods A quantitative descriptive design and stratum random sampling method were used to recruit 533 registered nurses in two hospitals and seven health centers in Macao SAR. The confirmatory factor analysis was performed to test the construct validity of CIRN. Results Single factor analysis results indicated that all factor loadings to its items were 0.21-0.84 (P〈0.05) with 4 factor loadings less than 0.30. The multiple factor analysis results showed χ^2/df =2.21, GFI=0.933, AGFI=0.942, and RM- SEA=0.091, which all demonstrated that seven dimensions and their items of CIRN were all consistent and fitted with its theoretical structure. Conclusion CIRN was proved to have good psychometric characteristics and can be applied in the Macao nursing context.
