摘要 针对目前国内振动故障诊断结果可靠性不高和准确率低的问题,提出应对故障诊断原理进行研究,才能从根本上提高诊断的可靠性和故障诊断的准确率。将演绎推理的2种思维模式诊断故障原理和方法作了详细介绍,并具体分析了各自的利弊。经30余年研究、改进和近20余年实践证明,采用演绎推理较高形式正向推理,可以将目前振动故障诊断准确率提高80%以上。 In view of the problems in existing vibration fault diagnosis in China such as poor reliability and low accuracy, the principles of fault diagnosis were proposed to be studied so as to improve the reliability and accuracy of diagnosis radically. The principles and methods of two thinking modes for fault diagnosis were discussed in detail, as well as the advantages and disadvantages for each. The 20-year experiences show that forward inference is the higher level of deductive inference, with which the accuracy rate of vibration fault diagnosis can be increased by more than 80%.
