摘要
对某电厂露天堆料场设置挡风抑尘墙进行数值模拟研究,通过对料堆表面风压的考察,分析了自然风速、挡风墙高、挡风墙开孔率等对墙体挡风抑尘效果的影响。其中风速对挡风抑尘墙的效果有较显著的影响,在某一风速下,有效墙高与受保护料垛的高低有直接关系,墙高约为料垛高度的1.1~1.2倍较为合适;该电厂露天堆料场设置防风抑尘墙的最佳几何尺寸为墙长175m、墙厚4mm、墙高30m、墙开孔率为0.3~0.4。
The wind-proof and dust suppressing wall, built on the open-air storage yard of certain power plant, was simulated. Based on the study of surface wind pressure, the factors influencing the wind-proof and dust suppressing wall were analyzed, including the velocity of natural wind, the height and opening ratio of wall. The wind velocity has significant effect on the performance of wind-proof and dust suppressing wall, that is, the effective height of wall determines that of piles to be protected. The optimal structural parameters of the wind-proof and dust suppressing wall are" 175 m long, 30 m high and 4 mm thick with opening ratio of 0.3-0.4.
