摘要 为实现电力营销工作的集约化、精细化、实时化管理,山东电力集团公司在建设和推广营销技术支持系统时创造性的将四大业务中心、两大虚拟管理中心和五大基础业务主体相结合。系统符合"SG186"工程营销技术支持系统规范有关要求,功能涵盖省级电力营销管理与服务工作的全部岗位、流程。系统的成功运行使得集团公司的营销决策更加科学,业务流程和组织机构得以优化,营销工作的效率大大提高,产生了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。 In order to implement the intensive, meticulous, real-time management for electric power marketing, Shandong Electric Power Corporation developed a marketing technology system, which combines the four business centers, the two virtual management centers and the five core businesses in a creative way. The system accords with the specification of SG186 project and covers all posts and work flow of provincial electric power marketing management. With running into operation successfully, the system has promoted the scientific marketing decision of Shandong Electric Power Corporation, optimized the business flow and organizing structure of the enterprise, improved the efficiency of marketing work and produced huge economical and social benefit.
