摘要
采用静态生物试验评价了高钙电脱盐废水的可生物降解性能,采用动态生物反应试验考察了连续生物处理装置对这种废水的处理效果。试验结果表明,生物消化对该废水COD具有较高的去除率。该废水经过一级生物处理后具有良好的絮凝沉降性能,通过使用合适的絮凝剂和沉淀剂,可以把水中的Ca2+浓度降低到100mg/L左右,总铁含量则可以降低到4mg/L以下,满足二级生化处理的进水要求。
Batch biochemical experiment was used to investigate the biodegradability of electric desalting wastewater with high calcium content,and the kinetic biochemical process was applied to treat the wastewater continuously. The results showed that the biochemical process could effectively remove COD in said wastewater, and the 1st stage treated wastewater possessed good flocculation and precipitation properties. By proper selecting flocculating agent and precipitating agent, the contents of calcium and iron in the wastewater could be dropped to below 100 mg/L and 4 mg/L, respectively, meeting the requirements of the influent for 2nd stage biochemical treatment.
