摘要
商用EAI与Siebel CRM7.7的适配器iWay在实际应用过程中经常出现不明原因的错误,对业务影响比较大。为了解决这个问题,采用了Java Servlet(HTTP)方式来替代iWay,通过一系列的性能测试和业务测试,证实了该方法可以有效解决该问题。
Business operation is hugely influenced due to unknown error in practical commercial use of the EAI and Siebel CRM 7.7 adapter-iWay. Java Servlet(HTTP) is adopted to solve this problem, instead of iWay. It's proved to be effective in getting through this defect via a series of performance and business tests.
