摘要 利用半连续法种子乳液聚合工艺制备具有软核硬壳核壳结构的纯丙乳液,并用红外光谱、激光粒度测试仪、高倍显微镜等对乳液的性质与结构进行表征。研究了喷雾干燥过程中进出口温度对可再分散乳胶粉的性能的影响。结果表明:当进出口温度分别为120℃、60℃时,制备的产品含水率为0.89%、粘结强度为0.91 MPa。 A pure acrylic emulsion with "soft core and hard shell" core - shell structure has been pre- pared by seed emulsion polymerization in semi -continuous process. The chemical structures and properties of the emulsion were characterized by FTIR, Laser grain - size analyzer and high dower microscope. The effects of inlet and export temperatures on performance of redispersible powdered emulsion were studied. The results showed that when the inlet and outlet temperatures were 120 ℃ and 60 ℃ respectively, the moisture in products was only 0. 89 percent, and the adhesion was 0. 91 MPa.
