摘要
对24名Alzheimer病(AD)患者和22名健康老年人(NDOS)进行关联负变化(CNV)测查,以了解AD患者CNV特点及临床价值。结果示AD组命令信号(S_2)至按键所需的反应时间(RT)和S_2后负变化至零电位的时程(PINV)延长,期待波(EW)锋电位降低,EW积分面积缩小。AD组波形亦异常,如CNV波形不规则,EW压低,后反应恢复缓慢。提示AD患者CNV异常系脑萎缩和神经细胞退行性变使CNV内源成分受损而引起的特定的变化。动态观测老年人CNV变化对及早发现脑功能退变和预测AD有助。
Observations of contingent negative variation(CNV) of 24 patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD) and 22 non - dementia old subjects(NDOS) were made to evaluate the features and clinical values of their CNV. It was found that the response time(RT)required for the imperative stimulus(S2) up to the press tone noise bottom and the time required for the negative potential shifted to the base line(PINV) after the S2 were significantly longer in AD than those in NDOS.The peak potentials of the EW and the intergral areas under the EW were significantly lower in AD than those in NDOS. And the wave form was irregular, the amplitudes of their EW decreased, recovery of their after response was slower behind CNV. Abnormal CNV was a special changes resulted from that their brain atrophy and neuron degeneration impaired the complex endogenous components of their CNV.
