应用引流管侧释放套管针胸腔内置入双腔球囊导尿管治疗气胸29例临床观察

Implanting double-lumen balloon urinary catheter which was released by the side groove of thoracic trocar to treat pneumothorax

目的观察改良胸腔套管针胸腔内置入双腔球囊导尿管治疗气胸的疗效和安全性。方法29例自发性气胸患者,应用引流管侧释放套管针,经胸壁胸腔内置入可冲洗胸腔引流管治疗气胸。结果2周后有效率90%(23/29),无明显不良反应。结论应用引流管侧释放套管针,胸腔内置入双腔球囊导尿管治疗气胸是一种简单、安全、价廉和有效的方法。

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of treating pneunothorax using modified thoracic trocar and double-lumen balloon urinary catheter. Methods All of 29 cases with pneumothorax was implanted double-lumen balloon urinary catheter via chest wall which was released by the side groove of thoracic trocar to treat pneumothorax. Results The cure rate was 90% （23/29 ） , no any obvious side effect. Conclusion The method of treating pneumothorax by implanting double-lumen balloon urinary catheter is simple, safe, cheap and effective.
