摘要 通过对多元合金铁基堆焊层的组织、性能和热处理制度之间的关系进行分析,研究了多元合金铁基堆焊层的热处理工艺。结果表明,加热温度在800~950℃范围内,堆焊层经正火处理后的硬度值为32.5~34.3HRC,而淬火后堆焊层的硬度随加热温度的升高而增大,但回火稳定性较低。该堆焊层的最佳热处理工艺应为焊后经560℃×2h回火处理。 The heat treatment technology of multi-alloying ferro-based hard-facing layer was studied by analyzing the relationships among heat treatment, microstructure and property of multi-alloying ferro-based hard-facing layer. The results show that, in the heating temperature range of 800-950℃, the hardness of the hard-facing layer after normalizing is 32.5-34.3 HRC, and the hardness of the hard-facing layer after quenching increases with the increase of the quenching temperature, but the tempering stability of the hard-facing layers is lower. As a results, the best heat treatment technology of the hard-facing layer is tempered at 560℃ for 2 hours after welding.
