真空熔炼氩气保护下连续定向凝固铜管的制备技术 被引量:6

Preparation Technique of Copper Tube by Continuous Unidirectional Solidification Under Conditions of Vacuum Melting and Argon Shield

摘要 采用自行研制的真空熔炼、氩气保护连续定向凝固设备制备出具有连续柱状晶组织的铜管铸坯,分析了铜管铸坯生产中熔体温度、连铸速度、冷却水量,结晶器等对其的影响。分析了在连续定向凝固过程中组织的淘汰机制。实验结果显示,合理参数范围分别为熔体温度1130 ̄1170℃、牵引速度20.8 ̄70.0mm/min、冷却水量800 ̄1000L/h、真空度6.6 ̄20Pa。 A self-made vacuum melting and argon shield continuous unidirectional solidification equipment was used to produce copper tube with continuous columnar structure. The effect of process parameters, such as the temperature of melted metal, withdrawal speed, amount of cooling water and mould in the practical production was analyzed. The elimination mechanism of structure in the continuous unidirectional solidification was analyzed. According to the experimental results, the reasonable technological parameters are melting temperature 1130~1170℃, with drawal speed 20.8~70.0 mm/min, amount of cooling water 800~1000 L/h, degree of vacuum 6.6~20Pa.
