对称性对平面应变压缩过程中金属流动及组织的影响

摘要 分析了平面应变压缩过程中金属的非对称流动方式的进展以及产生原因。通过有限元MSC/Superform软件分析了变形过程中金属的流动情况;采用室温下纯铝试样变形试验研究了其流动模式与最后的显微组织;同时应用滑移线有关理论知识对其摆动的原因进行了分析。结果显示:微小的偏移将在金属变形区产生摆动现象,导致应变分布的严重不均匀。而且随着变形以及偏移的增大,摆动现象越严重。 The development and reason of asymmetric flow pattern during plane strain compression was analyzed. The metal flow in the course of deformation was analyzed by using MSC/Superform finite element software. The flow pattern and microstructure of pure aluminium samples was studied in room temperature. The reason causing oscillatory was analyzed by applying concerned slip line field theory. The results show that the severe asymmetry of strain distribution as a consequence of the offset causes the specimen to rotate. The phenomenon of oscillatory is more severe when the strain and offset increase.
