高等中医药院校进行职业生涯规划教育的初探

Preliminary study of career planning education in higher institutions of Chinese medicine

分析了我国高等中医药院校职业生涯规划教育的现状与不足,以及高等中医药院校职业生涯规划教育与学校就业问题的关系,并探讨了在高等中医药院校推行大学生职业生涯规划教育的方法,包括树立正确的职业生涯规划理念;政策上扶持职业生涯规划教育的开展;加大职业生涯规划教育课程的建设;建立职业生涯教育测评体系等。提出在高等中医药院校推行职业生涯规划教育对解决学校毕业生的就业问题有举足轻重的作用,阐明了高等中医药院校推行大学生职业生涯规划教育的重要意义。

This paper analyzed present status and problems of career planning education in higher institutions of Chinese medicine. The relationship between career planning education and job creation was also talked about. Methods of promoting career planning＇ education can include： setting up correct career planning concept, developing education by supportive policy, curriculum building, and constructing evaluation system etc. It is of great importance to promote career planning education in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine especially in the sense of relieving job employment pressure.
