半坐卧位的生物力学机理研究

Study of biomechanics mechanism about semi-sitprone position

为了解半坐卧位的生物力学特点，我们对半卧位进行了生物力学观察，了解床背角度，不同摩擦系数的床面垫物及膝下支架角度与滑动的关系，观察和记录坐位、半坐卧位及卧位时骶部所受压力，发现床背角度为45°左右时最易滑动，增加摩擦系数和膝下支架度数可阻止滑动，半坐卧位时骶尾部的压力及剪力增加。并对半坐卧位的护理措施进行了讨论。

For understand biomechanics feature of semi-sitprone position, biomechanics experiments about position are made to observe slides as bedback angles, rubbing coefficients, to record sacrum strength as sit,semi-aitprone position and prone position. slide is easy produce as bedback angle is forty-five. By disease rubbing coefficients and under knee angle may prevent slide. The mirse measures of semi-sitprone position are discussed.
