Contradiction and Assimilation between Regionalization and Globalization: Review of the Tracks of the Development of Architectural Creation for Beijing Chang An Street

回顾了长安街建筑创作的历史与现状,解析了各历史阶段的时代背景、社会背景和理论背景,分析了长安街建筑地域化和全球化特征的创作发展轨迹,探寻了地域化和全球化的设计手法及其本质,以期在建筑创作中化解二者矛盾并找到两者之间的交集。

Based on the review of the history and current state of architectural creation for the Chang An Street and on analysis of different historical stages with different epochal, social and theoretical background, this paper separately explores the features of regionalization and globalization along the tracks of development. It makes study of their design technique and essence for resolving contradiction between regionalization and globalization, and finds the way of assimilation between them.
