摘要
目的探讨低强度超声对大鼠子宫平滑肌的生物学效应与经典的子宫收缩剂缩宫素相比较,探索二者之间的区别和联系。方法将40只离体SD大鼠子宫平滑肌条随机分成4组,空白组(A组)、缩宫素组(B组)、超声组(C组:声强为2W/cm2、辐照时间10min)、及联合组(D组:超声+缩宫素),采用BL-410生物机能实验系统记录每组子宫平滑肌的收缩情况,比较各组间的差异。结果B组、C组和D组子宫平滑肌收缩的频率、张力和活动力均大于A组(P<0.05);C组子宫平滑肌收缩的频率、张力和活动力大于B组(P<0.05);D组子宫平滑肌收缩频率、幅度和活动力明显高于B组(P<0.05);D组子宫平滑肌收缩幅度和活动力明显高于C组(P<0.05)。结论超声能明显增加缩宫素所致的子宫平滑肌收缩,使收缩频率、幅度和子宫活动力显著增强。
Objective To study the biological effect of low intensity ultrasound and oxytocin on the contraction of uterine smooth muscle in rats and to explore their difference and relationship. Methods The isolated uteri of forty SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: group A (normal control group), group B (ultrasound group), group C (oxytocin group) and group D (ultrasound + oxytocin group), their contraction information was recorded with BL-410 biological experimental system to explore the disparity among them. Results The contraction frequency, tension and contraction activity of group B, group C and group D were superior to group A (P〈0.05). The contraction frequency, tension and contraction activity of group C were superior to B group (P〈0.05). The contraction frequency, amplitude and contraction activity of group D were superior to group B (P〈0.05). The contraction amplitude and contraction activity of group D were superior to group C (P〈0.05). Conclusion Low intensity ultrasound can intensify the function of oxytocin and the contraction frequency, amplitude, tension and contraction activity were significantly increased under its irradiation.
