A Discussion on the Connotation of the Scientific Development Concept and Its Spiritual Essence

科学发展观是以马克思主义哲学为理论基础,创造性地运用唯物辩证法和唯物史观,总结我国发展实践经验,借鉴国外发展的得失和有价值的见解,适应新的发展要求提出的。这一理论是对党的三代中央领导集体关于发展的重要思想的继承和发展,是建设中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要组成部分。

The scientific development concept, brought forward in order to adapt to the new development requirement, is theoretically based on the Marxist philosophy.
