摘要
教师队伍建设是我省基础教育事业发展速度、质量和水平的决定因素,也是实现教育均衡发展,推进教育公平,构建和谐社会的一个基础环节。当前,实施"两基"攻坚,全面提高我省基础教育质量和水平,加强藏区教师培训工作迫在眉睫。
The level of the teachers＇ ranks is the decisive factor of the speed,quality and level of development to the elementary educational undertakings of Qinghai Province. It is also an essential link to achieving the balanced development of education, promoting the equality in education and constructing a harmonious society. At present,what＇s extremely urgent is to implement the two kinds of basic education, enhance all -sidedly the quality and level of the elementary education of Qinghai Province, and strengthen the teachers＇ training for the tibetan areas.
