摘要
介绍了济南钢铁集团总公司第三炼钢厂转炉区域汽化冷却系统的组成、控制结构及操作模式。在该系统中采用QUANTUM PLC技术,使用方便、灵活,可靠性高,充分体现了PLC集顺序控制和过程控制于一体的特点,精确性、实用性等性能均达到设计要求。
This paper introduced the composition, the control structure and operation mode of the converter's boiler and cooling system in the 3rd Steelmaking Plant of Jinan Iorn and Steel Group Corporation. The QUANTUM PLC used in the system was easy to use and with the higher realiability. The results showed that the system's accuracy and practicability met the demand of design.
