常用心绞痛气虚血瘀证证候诊断标准的异同分析

Analysis on diagnostic criteria for angina with qi-deficency and blood-stasis syndrome

通过统计发现临床心绞痛气虚血瘀证证候诊断标准极不统一,从心绞痛气虚血瘀证证候诊断标准使用的情况入手,着重分析临床最常用的4种心绞痛气虚血瘀证证候诊断标准的异同以及各自的优缺点,最后提出各种证候诊断标准应当相互取长补短,早日制定出临床普遍认可并统一使用的中医证候诊断标准。

Finding that the diagnostic criteria of angina qi-deficency and blood-stasis syndrome is not unification, we analyzed the same and difference of four kinds of mostly used diagnostic criteria for angina qi-deficency and blood-stasis syndrome from the use of diagnostic criteria for angina qi-deficency and blood- stasis syndrome. In the end, we propose that various kinds of syndrome diagnostic criteria should be made up for each other＇s deficiencies and unified to generally accepted one as early as possible.
