摘要
目的建立沙漠嘎种子中两种二氢黄酮异樱花素和圣草酚-7-甲醚的含量测定方法。方法采用ZORBAXEclipseXDB-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);柱温:30℃;流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液(40∶60);流速:1mL/min;检测波长:288nm。结果异樱花素和圣草酚-7-甲醚的平均回收率分别为100.1%、99.8%,RSD为0.82%、2.34%(n=6)。结论本法操作简便、准确,可作为沙漠嘎种子的质量控制方法之一。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of two flavonones, isosakuranetin and eriodictyol-7-methylether, in seeds of Artemisia halodendron Turcz.. Method A ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was CH3CN-0. 1% CH3COOH(40: 60) with the flow rate 1.0 mL · min^-1. The detecting wavelength was 288nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The average recoveries of isosakuranetin and eriodictyol-7-methylether were 100. 1% ( RSD = 0.82%, n = 6) and 99.8% ( RSD = 2.34%, n = 6) respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, and can be used to control the quality of seeds of Artemisia halodendron Turcz
