Influence of centipede acidic protein on cardiac function in rats with acute heart failure

摘要 目的研究蜈蚣酸性蛋白(CAP)对阿霉素致急性心衰大鼠心功能的影响。方法大鼠随机分为4组:空白对照组、模型对照组、CAP高、低剂量组。对照组腹腔注射生理盐水,药物组腹腔注射CAP,连续3 d。第4天腹腔注射阿霉素形成急性心衰,第5天测心功能、血清生化、心脏重量指数,并观察心肌病理学变化。结果各组心脏重量指数无显著性差异。药物组血流动力学显示心脏收缩功能加强;血清生化显示SOD较模型组明显增高,MDA、NOS、NO明显降低;病理学显示心肌细胞病变明显减轻。结论CAP可明显改善急性心衰大鼠心功能,减轻脂质过氧化损伤,对心肌起到保护作用。 Objective To study the influence of centipede acidic protein (CAP) on cardiac function in rats with acute heart failure induced by Adfiamycin (ADM). Methods All rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, including the blank control group, model control group, low-dose CAP group and highdose CAP group. The control groups were injected normal saline solution intraperitoneally and the CAP groups were injected CAP intraperitoneally for three days. On the 4th day, ADM was given to rats by intraperitoneal injection to induce acute heart failure. On the 5th day, the cardiac functions, blood biochemistry indexes, heart weight indexes were detected and myocardial pathological changes were observed. Results There were no significant differences among all groups in the heart weight indexes. The hemodynamics result showed that the systole in the rats of the CAP groups was improved. The serum biochemical tests showed that, compared with the model control group,in the CAP groups the level of SOD was obviously increased, and MDA, NOS and NO levels were obviously decreased. The myocardial pathological changes were relieved obviously in the CAP groups. Conclusion CAP can obviously improve the cardiac functions and protect the myocardium through alleviating the lesion induced by lipid peroxidation in rats with acute heart failure.
