摘要
目的建立降香中鹰嘴豆芽素A、生松素、麦地卡品、sativanone和柚皮素的含量测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法,大连依利特Hypersil ODS C18色谱柱(250 mm-4.6 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.05%磷酸水,梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长:290 nm。结果鹰嘴豆芽素A、生松素、麦地卡品、sativanone和柚皮素线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为:100.86%,96.92%,98.70%,100.35%,99.00%;RSD分别为2.65%,2.20%,2.54%,0.95%,3.00%。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为降香药材的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a HPLC methods for the quantitative determination of biochanin A, pinocembrin, medicapin, sativanone and naringenin in Lignum Dalbergia odorifera. Methods The procedure was carried out on a chromatographic column of Hypersil ODS C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile to 0. 05 % orthophosphoric acid water at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 290 nm. Results The relationships of linear ranges of biochanin A, pinocembrin, medicapin, sativanone, naringenin were good, and the average recoveries were respectively 100.86 %, 96.92 %, 98.70 %, 100.35 % and 99.00 %, and RSDs, respectively 2.65 %, 2.20 %, 2.54 %, 0.95 % and 3.00 %. Conclusion The procedure, which is easy, accurate and has a good repeatability, can be used as a quality control method for Lignum Dalbergia odorifera.
