摘要
目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定注射用硫普罗宁含量的方法。方法:采用WatersC18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈.水(10:90),用磷酸调节pH值至2.5;检测波长为210nm;流速:1、0mL·min^-1。结果:硫普罗宁的浓度与色谱峰面积在10—300mg·L-1范围内成良好线性关系,r=0.9998,回收率99.66%,RSD为0.54%。结论:该方法操作简便、灵敏、准确、快速,专属性强,适用于测定注射用硫普罗宁的含量。
Objective:In order to establish the method of content determination of Tiopronine for Injection by HPLC. Method:Waters C18 (4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5μm) column was used, the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-water ( 10: 90), adjusted pH to 2.5 by phosphoric acid, the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. Flow rate:1. 0 mL · min^-1. Results:The linear range of Tiopronine was 10 - 300 mg· L^- 1. The recovery was 99. 66% with RSD 0. 54%. Conclusions: The new analysis method is simple, sensitive, accurate, rapid and specific. The method established in this paper can be adopted for the content determination of Tiopronine for Injection.
