摘要 为给施实颈部推拿术提供科学依据,在8具新鲜男性青年尸体的颈椎上,用液体石蜡灌注的方法,观察了颈屈伸过程中椎管截面积的变化规律。结果显示,颈前屈位时椎管截面积较后伸位时明显增大,而黄韧带不易形成皱褶。 n order to offer a scientific basis for making manipulations in the neck, the law of spinal canal cross section changes during neck flexion and extension was observed by a liquidwaxpouring method in 8 fresh young male cadavers. The results showed that the cross section was greater, and the ligamentum flavum was more difficult to form the fold during neck forward flexion than during backward extension, suggesting the greatest safety in cervical spinal manipulation in appropriate forward flexion of the neck.
