国产格列喹酮治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病临床疗效验证

CLINICAL CONFIRMATION OF THE EFFICACY OF DOMESTIC GLIQUIDON IN TREATMENT OF TYPE Ⅱ DIABETES MELLITUS

对天津药物研究院研制的格列喹酮进行临床验证。观察组为Ⅱ型糖尿病３０例，服用格列喹酮；对照组为Ⅱ型糖尿病３０例，服用糖适平。结果显示观察组总有效率为９０．０％，与对照组相似（Ｐ＞０．０５）。说明该药为一疗效好，无明显副作用的治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的降糖药物。

In order to confirm the efficacy of gliquidon made by Tianjin Institute of Pharmaceutical Research,60 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus were equally divided to receive domestic gliquidon and glurenorm respectively,and a similar total effective rate of 90.0% in both group was obtained.The results indicated that domestic gliquidon is a hypoglycemic agent as effective as foreign one with minimal side effects.
