抗疱疹病毒药——缬昔洛韦

A NOVEL ANTIHERPETIC DRUG——VALACICLOVIR

缬昔洛韦是新一代抗疱疹病毒药，为阿昔洛韦的Ｌ缬氨酰酯盐酸盐，是阿昔洛韦的前药。其口服生物利用度比阿昔洛韦强，已经ＦＤＡ批准用于治疗带状疱疹和原发、复发性生殖器疱疹。缬昔洛韦１０００ｍｇ，ｔｉｄ用７ｄ和５００ｍｇ，ｂｉｄ用５ｄ能达到与阿昔洛韦同样疗效。其不良反应发生率与安慰剂相同。

Valaciclovir is a novel antiherpetic drug.It is a prodrug of aciclovir and it is a L valyl ester of aciclovir.It is developed by Glaxo Wellcome company and approved by FDA for treatment of herpes zoster,and first or reccurrent episodes of genital herpes.Valaciclovir in regimen of 1 000 mg 3 times daily for 7 days and 500 mg twice daily for 5 days are as effective as aciclovir in regimen of 800 mg five times daily for 7 days.The side effect rates of valaciclovir are similar to that of placebo.
