摘要
论述海洋钢结构韧性问题的本质及重要性,介绍CTOD(裂纹尖端张开位移)概念、CTOD试验主要规范,海洋钢结构中若干与CTOD有关的规范,CTOD试验技术在海洋钢结构中的3种主要用途:控制质量、提高生产效率、降低建造成本。
The crux and importance of toughness of offshore steel structure are demonstrated with positive method. The definition of CTOD(crack tip opening displacement) and some codes about CTOD test are presented. Some offshore steel structure standards related to CTOD are given. Three applications of CTOD technique in offshore steel structure, including quality controlling and improving fabrication efficiency and reducing fabrication costs, are also represented.
