摘要
目的评价多层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)诊断左性腺静脉(LGV)变异的临床应用价值。方法按顺序选择行腹部多层螺旋CT多期增强扫描患者300例,在工作站上采用容积再现(VR)"血管生长"技术对LGV进行重建。结果300例中LGV总共显示271例,显影率为90.33%(271/300),在LGV显影的271例患者中共发现变异29例,发生率10.70%(29/271)。结论MSCTA能清楚显示LGV变异全貌,有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography （MSCTA） in diagnosis of the variation of left gonadal vein （LGA）. Methods LGA was reconstructed with volume rendering （VR） with adding vessel technique at workstation after abdominal multi-phase contrast enhancement scanning had bean performed for 300 patients. Results LGA of 271 cases showed in all 300 patients, with an agreement of 90.33% （271/300）. Variation of LGA were found in 29 cases of 271 resulting the incidence of variation as 10.70%（29/271）. Conclusion MSCTA shows considerable clinical value in detecting variation of LGV.
