分层次护理对妇科恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨分层次护理对行临床治疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的作用,从而帮助妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者提高其生活质量。方法采用便利取样法于2004年3月～2006年10月对住院治疗的200例妇科恶性肿瘤患者进行分层次护理,并于分层次护理实施前后测量患者生活质量的变化。结果妇科恶性肿瘤患者生活质量中总的健康状况、躯体功能、角色、情绪、认知、社会各功能维度干预前后比较有统计学差异(均P<0.05)。而症状维度干预前后比较,除恶心与呕吐症状外,其他维度方面均存在统计学差异(均P<0.05)。结论对进行临床治疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者实施分层次护理有利于提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of duty-based position and graduation nursing method on the quality of life in gynecologic cance,＂ patients undergoing chemotherapy so as to improve their quality of life. Methods 200 eases from Mar. 2004 to Oct. 2006 were selected and the nursing methods of duty-based position and graduation were applied on them. Before and after the application of the new nursing method, the patients＇ quality of life was investigated by using a questionnaire of Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core. Result There was significant difference in the patients＇ quality of life before and after the application of duty-based position and graduation nursing （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Application of duty-based position and graduation qursing method can help to increase the quality of life in patients with gynecologic cancers.
