护理记事本在护理工作中的应用

目的探讨护理记事本在护理工作中的应用效果,以提高护理质量。方法制订护理记事本内容包括护士和护士长工作内容,并将护理记事本应用于临床护理工作中。结果使用护理记事本1年多以来,记录护理工作信息332条,各类问题都得到及时处理,各项护理指标均达标,实现了零投诉。结论护理记事本在护理工作中的应用对降低差错事故隐患,提高护理质量,保证护理工作顺利进行具有积极的意义。

Objective To explore the effect of applying nursing notebook in practical nursing work. Method The contents on nursing notebook, including the contents of nurse＇s and head nurse＇s nursing work were regulated and the notebook was used in practical care work. Result One year since use of notebooks, 332 notes of nursing work were recolxted, all items meeting the standards so that no complaints on nursing care were reported. Conclusion Nursing notebook plays active role in reducing nursing accidents or mistakes, increase nursing quality and ensure the smooth implementation of nursing work.
