摘要
根据金刚石锯片连续生产炉的技术要求,设计了以S7—200 PLC为核心的PLC控制系统的硬件和软件。烧成时间范围利用PLC的模拟电位器设定,用计算机监控程序运行状态。试验表明,PLC控制系统切实解决了采用继电接触式控制系统的故障率高的实际问题,显著提高了生产效率,具有良好的推广应用前景。
According to the technique request of PLC controlled continuous production furnace for diamond small diameter saw blade, with the S7-200 PLC of the company of Siemens as the core, PLC system is established to aid the commonly used relay contact controlling system, which is often failuresome, in the setting and supervising of sintering temperature. Experiment results showed that the PLC control can increase the stability of the system, and lower the failure rate and improve the production efficiency.
