摘要
介绍了对小型断路器可靠性检测装置的硬件和软件的设计。利用高性能多功能的数据采集卡PCL—818HG对断路器触头两端的电压进行测量,判断触头失效与否。采用Visual C++\MFC和汇编语言嵌套的方法编写控制界面并实现对检测装置的控制。
The hardware and software design of the reliability test device of miniature circuit breaker is introduced. The voltage drop between the contacts of the breaker is measured by means of PCL-818HG high-performance multifunction data collection card so as to estimate whether the contact is invalidation. Using the Visual C ＋ ＋ ／ MFC combined with the assemble language, the controlling interface is designed and the controlling function of the test device is realized.
