MRY发展了杰弗逊关于学术村的理念,将街道生活引入教育建筑集群的规划设计。本文结合具体案例,对其建筑围合空间、景观定义空间、场所大于空间的设计理念进行了探讨。

MRY developed the idea of “academic village” which is defined by President Thomas Jefferson, and import the urban street life into the educational building cluster design. Exemplified with real cases, this paper explores several design concepts, including enclosed space, landscape defined space, and space within the site, etc.
