外用氧氟沙星霜、复方氧氟沙星霜与过氧化苯甲酰治疗寻常痤疮的双盲研究

Double bind study on1% ofloxcin cream,1% ofloxacin co.cream and5% benzoylperoxide cream in the treatment of acne vulgaris.

通过 8周的双盲对照研究显示 ,外用 1%氧氟沙星霜、1%复方氧氟沙星霜以及 5%过氧化苯甲酰霜治疗寻常痤疮的疗效基本一致 ,无统计学差别 ,疗程结束后 ,其有效率分别为 4 2 .85%、4 6.15%和 4 4 .19%。这三种处方对炎症性皮损有较好的疗效。复方氧氟沙星能明显抑制皮脂溢出率 ,与过氧化苯甲酰比较差异有显著性意义 ( P<0 .0 5)。

weeks double blind study was carried out on1% ofloxacin creem,1% ofloxacin co.cream to treat acne vulgaris,using effective agent,5% benzoyl peroxide cream as control.All the three preparations were almost the same effective on acne vulgaris with no significantdifference by statistics.The total re- sponse rates were:4 2 .85% ,4 4 .19% ,and 4 6.15% ,respectively.The effects of all the three preparations on inflammatory lesions were superior to non- inflammatory lesions.1% ofloxacin co.cream could sup- press sebum excretion rate notably,comparing with5% benzoyl peroxide cream the difference was sgif- icant( P<0 .0 5) .
