摘要
本文对脂肪细胞分泌的脂联素、瘦素、抵抗素、内脏脂肪素和炎症因子等在胰岛素抵抗导致非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)代谢通路中的多重角色作了系统的综述;阐述了脂源性因子在脂肪组织和肝脏之间的对话机制中介导的代谢综合征和脂肪性肝病之间的关联。
In this article we reviewed the pleiotropic roles of the fat-derived cytokines including adiponeetine, leptin, resistin, visfatin and inflammation factors in the development of insulin resistance which could be regarded as a metabolic pathway to nonalcoholic fatty liver diseases ( NAFLD ) . The actions of adipocytokines through the erosstalk between adipose tissue and liver were elucidated, which were involed in the association between metabolic syndrome and NAFLD.
