摘要
慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)由乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染引起,易反复发作引起肝脏损伤,严重威胁人类健康。CHB治疗最根本、最关键的是抗HBV治疗,抗HBV治疗在近年来取得了很大的进展,基因治疗、免疫治疗等新技术为抗HBV治疗提供了新的发展方向,但抗HBV治疗仍面临难以突破的困境。本文就抗HBV治疗的困境和进展进行综述。
Chronic hepatitis B（CHB） caused by hepatitis B virus （HBV） infection can proceed continuously to severe liver diseases. The most important therapy for CHB is to suppress HBV replication through antiviral therapy. Great progress has been made in this field in recent years and genetic and immunologic therapy pro- vide new way to CHB therapy. However, there are still many difficulties to conquer. This article reviewed the diffcuhy and the latest development in antiviral treatment to CHB.
