椎体后缘软骨结节149例CT-X线分析

CT-RADIOLOGIC ANALYSIS OF VERTEBRAL POSTERIOR MARGINAL INTRAOSSEOUS CARTILAGINOUS NODE (REPORT OF 149 CASES)

报告１４９例ＶＰＭＮ，根据软骨结节的部位将其分为四型：上缘正中型、上缘偏侧型、下缘正中型及下缘偏侧型。另外，对３９例摄有腰椎正侧位征者进行了ＣＴ—Ｘ线对照分析，发现平片对椎体后下缘软骨结节的显示能力明显高于对后上缘者。

cases of vertebral posterior marginal intraosseous cartilaginous node (VPMN)are reported.The CT manifestation,most common locations and its causes were analysed.We found that the changes of the vertebral canals and nerve canals were caused by cartilaginous nodes.According to the locations of the cartilaginous nodes,four types were proposed:superior marginal median type,superior marginal type inclined to one side,inferior marginal median type and inferior marginal type inclined to one side.In addition,CT and radiograph of 39 cases VPMN were comparatively analysed.It was found that the show ability of radiograpy for vertebral posterior inferior marginal intraosseous cartilaginous node was obviously higher than that for vertebral posterior superior marginal intraosseous cartilaginous nodes.
