利培酮对精神分裂症患者血清催乳素水平的影响

The Effect of Risperidone on Serum Prolactin Levels in Female Schizophrenia Patients

目的探讨服用利培酮的首发女性精神分裂症患者血清催乳素水平的变化。方法对30例首发女性精神分裂症患者在使用利培酮治疗前及治疗后的血清PRL水平及30例正常对照进行检测。结果利培酮组治疗后血浆PRL水平明显高于治疗前(P<0.01)。结论利培酮有致血清催乳素升高的作用。

Objective To explore the serum prolactin levels of female first-episode schizophrenia in the treatment of risperidone. Methods 30 normal controls and 30 first-episode schizophrenia patients were enrolled in the study. The serum prolactin levels were detected in controls and patients before and after treatment. Results In risperidone group the prolactin levels increased after treatment. Conclusion Risperidone increases the prolactin level significantly.
