颊脂垫在修复口腔组织缺损中的应用

The Application of Buccal Fat Pad on the Process of Repairing the Tissue Deficiency of the Oral Cavity

目的观察带蒂颊脂垫修复口腔组织缺损的效果。方法应用带蒂颊脂垫修复腭部、颊部、磨牙区的组织缺损,以及用于修复口腔上颌窦瘘。结果共治疗患者32例,术后3～4周颊脂垫表面完全上皮化,两个月后其表面与正常口腔粘膜基本相同,所有颊脂垫均得到成活,成功率达100%。结论颊脂垫在口腔颌面部占有重要的解剖位置,移植后成活率高,临床上有其独特的应用价值,是口腔内组织缺损后进行修复时不可多得的良好供区,在临床应用方面有广阔的前景。

Objective To investigate the effect of buccal fat pad on the process of repairing the tissue deficiency of the oral cavity. Methods Buccal fat pad was used to repair the deficiency of the tissue on the palate,cheeks,premolar district and the oral cavity maxillary sinus fistula. Results 32 cases were selected for the operation, their buccal fat pads were totally epithelialition after 3-4 weeks later and were similar to the mocus of the oral cavity, the survival rate of the buccal fat pad was 100%. Conclusion The survival rate of buccal fat pad is very high after transplantation, so the buccal fat pad is a perfect supplier for repairing the deficiency of the oral cavitial tissue.
