摘要
目的观察脱钙牙本质基质植入治疗颌骨囊肿刮治术后骨腔的疗效。方法对32例颌骨囊肿刮治术后骨腔范围为2～5cm的病例采用脱钙牙本质基质进行填充。结果所有切口均愈合良好,无一例出现术后感染和排异反应。患者X线片显示术后1个月后囊腔内已有骨小梁影像,3个月时新生骨小梁与周围骨质无明显区别。结论脱钙牙本质基质用于充填颌骨囊肿刮治术后残留骨腔有较好疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of decalcified dental matrix implanted in the bone cavity after the jaw cyst curettage. Methods Decalcified matrix in the bone cavity with 2～5cm of 32 patients was implanted. Results All the cuts were healed well without any postoperative infection and rejection. X-rays of the patients a month later after the operation presented the trebecular pictures in the cavity and 3 months later there was no difference between the grown trebecular and the sclerotin around. Conclusion Decalcified dental matrix implanted in repairing the bone cavity after the curettage of iaw cyst is extremely effective.
