PPH技术在直肠粘膜内脱垂中的应用

Study of PPH in Management of Internal Rectal Prolapse(A Report of 46 Cases)

目的探讨PPH技术治疗直肠粘膜内脱垂的手术方法及疗效。方法回顾分析46例直肠粘膜内脱垂病例均行PPH手术,根据排粪造影及指诊情况选择荷包缝合的位置。结果46例一次PPH术后症状明显缓解,住院时间平均4.8d,无一例出现严重并发症。结论PPH技术对于治疗直肠粘膜内脱垂具有明显疗效。

Objective To evaluate the application of PPH （procedure for prolapsed and hemorrhoids） in the patients of internal rectal prolapse. Methods 46 cases of internal rectal prolapse by PPH were analyzed retrospectively,the purse-string suture position was ensured by defecography and digital examination. Results Postoperative symptoms of 46 cases was relieved significantly and hospital stay was 4.8 days, and no serious complications occurred. Conclusion PPH is more effective for the patients with internal rectal prolapse.
