增殖体增生X线、CT诊断(附25例报道)

X Ray and CT Diagnosis of Adenoidal Hypertrophy(A Report of 25 cases)

目的探讨CT、X线对增殖体增生的诊断价值。方法对25例经穿刺活检病理证实增殖体增生患者的CT、X线表现进行分析。结果25例增殖体增生病例中,CT均可见咽后壁类圆形软组织肿块,边界清楚,轮廓不光整,密度均匀,大小不等,咽间隙、咽旁间隙、椎前肌间隙及气道均有不同程度变窄;X线鼻咽部侧位片测出鼻咽顶后壁软组织厚度,其厚度均在1.3cm以上;并可见鼻咽腔气道变窄。结论CT、X线在增殖体增生的诊断中地位重要,可显示病变,确定肥大范围,了解气管、咽鼓管阻塞程度,对临床治疗起着重要作用,CT显示病变的细节优势更明显,X线简便可行、价格便宜。

Objective To explore CT diagnostic value in adenoidai hypertrophy. Methods CT performance of 25 cases confirmed adenoidal hypertrophy through needle biopsy and pathology were analyzed. Results Among 25 cases of adenoidal hypertrophy, swallow a soft organization lump of Houpi circular was seen, boundary was clear, the outline light was whole, the density was even, the size was unequal, swal- low cleft and swallow cleft beside and before the muscle cleft and annoy narrowed at all different degree. Conchusion CT and X-ray are important in the diagnosis of adenoidal hypertrophy, it can discover pathological changes, making sure the scope of fatty, understanding the degree of windpipe and swallowing the drum tube to jam, they play irnportant function in the clinical treatment.
