摘要
目的研究中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法将100例溃疡性结肠炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组采用柳氮磺胺吡啶和吡哌酸片,治疗组在对照组基础上加用加味参苓白术散,治疗30d后比较肠粘膜5项活动期病理指标。结果治疗组50例患者中40例中性粒细胞消失,40例隐窝脓肿消失,42例糜烂和39例溃疡愈合;对照组50例患者中30例中性粒细胞消失,27例隐窝脓肿消失,21例糜烂和32例溃疡愈合,两组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎可以明显提高治愈率。
Objective To study the efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine combined with west medicine on ulcerative colitis. Methods 100 cases were divided randomly into two groups by random number chart, control group received SASP and pipemidic acid tablets, treatment group received shenling baizhu detortion,compared intestinal member 5 pathological indicators in activity phase after 30 days. Results In treatment group 40 cases neutrophilic granulocyte disappeared,40 cases crypt abscess disappeared, erosion in 42 cases and ulcer in 39 cases cured. In control group, 30 cases neutrophilic granulocyte disappeared, 27 cases crypt abscess disappeared,erosion in 21 cases and ulcer in 32 cases cured,there was obvious difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with west medicine can improve the effect in ulcerative colitis.
