苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压临床观察

Clinical Observation of Levamlodipine Besylate in Treatment of Hypertension

目的观察苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压的疗效。方法用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗轻、中度高血压66例,并与苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗60例轻、中度高血压进行对照。结果苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗轻、中度高血压的总有效率为82.81%,与苯磺酸氨氯地平的总有效率为84.21%相比无显著性差异。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平是高效、安全的抗高血压药。

objective To observe the efficacy of levamlodipine besylate in Treating 1grade/2grade hypertension. Methods 66 patients of treatment group were treated with Levamlodipine besylate and 60 patients of control group were treated with norvase. Results The efficacy rate of treatment group was 82.81%,the efficacy rate of control group was 84.21%（P〉0.05）,there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate is effective and safe in treating hypertension.
