3种含铜宫内节育器3年临床观察

Clinical Observation of Three Copper Intrauterine Device for 3 Years

目的观察比较吉妮致美IUD(GeneFlex)的临床效果。方法选取门诊就诊的330例健康育龄妇女,随机放置3种不同的含铜IUD,其中吉妮致美IUD 110例、γ-IUD 110例、MLCu IUD 110例,于放置后1、2、3年进行随访。结果吉妮致美IUD使用3年脱落率、因症取出率、妊娠率、续用率分别为0.91%、1.82%、1.82%、93.64%;吉妮致美IUD脱落率0.91%,明显低于MLCu IUD的11.82%(P<0.01),也低于γ-IUD的5.47%(P<0.05)。吉妮致美IUD续用率93.64%明显高于MLCu IUD的79.09%(P<0.05)。结论吉妮致美IUD具有脱落率低、续用率高、副反应小的优点,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of geneflex intrauterine device. Methods 330 cases health childbearing women were chosen and placed with three copper intrauterine device, geneflex IUD 110 cases, γ- IUD 110 cases and MLCu IUD 110 cases. Results Three years of explusion rate, take-off rate due to symptom, pregnancy rate and cumulative continuous rate of geneflux IUD was 0.91%, 1.82%, 1.82%, 93.64% respectively. Explusion rate of geneflux was lower than MLCu IUD （ 11.82% ） （P 〈 0.01 ） and γ-IUD （5.4%） （P 〈 0.05 ）. Continuous rate of geneflux IUD was higher than MLCu IUD（79.09% ）（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Geneflux IUD has advantages of low explusion rate, high continuous rate and low side effects and is worth applying in clinic.
