设定氧气湿化器温度的临床研究

Study on Setting up Temperature of Oxygen Humidor in the Nursing

目的探讨使用氧气时湿化器最佳温度设定。方法采用随机抽样法将165例应用氧气吸入治疗的病人分成1个对照组和3个实验组,湿化器温度设置分别是:对照组32℃,实验组分别为低于体表温度(以腋温为准)1℃,低于体表温度2℃,低于体表温度3℃。结果经统计学分析,4个组之间存在显著性差异。结论低于体表温度2℃为氧气湿化器的最佳温度。

Objective To probe into fust--rate choice of the temperature of oxygen humidor in oxygen treatment. Methods 165 cases in oxygen treatment were divided into 1 control group and 3 experimental groups with random sampling. Setting of temperature of hamidor：l control group was 32℃. 3 experimental groups were divided into 3 different type： Temperature was lower 1℃ than body temperature. Temperature was lower 2℃ than body temperature. Temperature was lower 3℃ than body temperature. Results The group that its temperature was lower 2℃ than body temperature had the best result. There was a significant difference amomg 4 groups. Conclusion That temperature of oxygen humidor that is lower 2℃ than body temperature is superior to other.
