摘要
为研究高功率半导体激光器阵列(HLDA)远场光束分布和传输特性,基于亥姆霍兹方程的远场解,提出HLDA的远场分布模型.实验表明:测试数据与理论模型吻合很好,在95%能量分布区域内,HLDA理论模型拟合测量数据的误差小于5%.基于该理论模型,仿真分析了HLDA光束截面光强分布、传输中心轴光强分布、光束束宽等特性.
Far-field distribution model of high-power laser diode arrays (HLDA) was developed to analyze far-field distribution properties and transmission characteristic based on Helmholtz equation. Experimental results show that the simulation results agree well with measured data. The fitting error of the model is less than 5 % in more than 95 % power distribution range. HLDA's main beam properties were given, including intensity distribution at section and center axis, and beam width etc.
