摘要
该文论述了隋唐洛阳城"象天法地"、"天人合一"、"跨河建城"、"城苑一体"、"园居一体"的"山水城市"建设历史经验,以及加强都城保护,防止都城风貌的缺失,构建和谐城市、艺术城市、园林城市和山水城市的历史文化源流。
This article expounds historic construction experiences of Shanshui City in Luoyang of Sui-Tang Dynasties, such as imitation the pattern of sky and earth, integration of heaven and man, construction city across the river, city blending with park, and living in the garden, and explains the historical culture headstreams： strengthening the capital protection, preventing the lost of the capital scene and constructing the harmonious city, artistic, garden and Shanshui City.
