该文简要介绍了汉口近代里分泰兴里与同兴里的概况和历史。采用比较研究的方法,将两个里分从规划布局,建筑形态等角度进行对比分析,指出泰兴里与同兴里不同的房地产开发模式对现代地产开发模式的借鉴作用。

This article briefly introduces the general condition and history of two modern Lifen houses in Hankou＇Taixingli Neighborhood and Tongxingli Neighborhood, comparatively analyzes the planning layout and architectural form, etc, and points out the reference functions of the different modes of real estate exploration today.
